Export Policy Order 2007

Islamabad, the 8th October, 2007

O R D E R

S.R.O. 1021 (I)/2007 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased to make the following Order, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. -(1)This Order may be called the Export Policy
Order, 2006.
(2) It shall come into force at once.

2 Definitions.- In this Order, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-

  1. “Act” means the Imports and Exports (Control) Act 1950 (XXXIX of 1950);
  2. “Appendix” means an Appendix to this Order;
  3. “gift parcel” means goods being sent abroad through post or courier service as gift;
  4. “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under the Act or under this Order,
  5. “sample” means goods in limited quantity clearly identifiable as such and of no commercial value; and
  6. “Schedule” means a Schedule to this Order.1. Click here to Down Load.
